Dos Toros Taqueria is seeking motivated prep cooks/porters to join our team and help us make great California style Mexican food, and run a clean and effective kitchen. We prefer that you have some experience in a professional kitchen. This is a fantastic opportunity to get in on the ground floor of something special. We’d like to hire for this position immediately, and are looking for either full or heavy part timers.Your responsibilities will include the following:
-Prepping ingredients
-Executing recipes accurately
-Communicating closely with the front counter
-Washing pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
-Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen areaThe right candidate will possess the following qualities:
-A warm, positive, and energetic personality
-Be a fast, hard worker, with good physical dexterity
-Absolute team player
-Conscientious and detail oriented
