MTA: Obama Visit causes Traffic Delays around East Village; MTA posts Service Change

Traffic delays are expected in Lower and Midtown Manhattan during the morning hours.

Expect delays in the area of Cooper Union
(3 Av & St. Marks Pl) due to detours.

 

M8, M101, M102 and M103 buses, and possibly other buses that serve the area, may be affected.
