The strip of East Houston between Orchard and Ludlow Streets has been busy as of late. Lina Frey is getting ready to open in the old Yoshi space, and next door, at 203, there are literal signs of life: It looks like a new restaurant called the Seven Rivers of India is planning to set up shop
