Cops recovered a knife at the scene and nabbed Taitt moments after the stabbing. Taitt, a student at La Salle Academy in the East Village, confessed to being a member of the Kings. Cops also rounded up the three Crips members who jumped Taitt. Their names were being withheld pending charges. "I let God be his lawyer," said Taitt's mother.
