A teaser website has gone live for 123 Third Avenue, the skinny 19-story, 47-unit condo building on 14th Street that's trying to make this whole "East Union Square" thing catch on. Not many details yet, but we're looking at one- to three-bedroom units "approximately priced from the mid $500,000's." Sales office "opening soon." There's also a peek at a rendering when you hover over the nonsensical "Live local" slogan, which is noteworthy because renderings have been somewhat hard to come by. [123thid.com; previously]
