5.  GOLES presentation: Community Voices & The Future of the Seward Park Urban Renewal Area (SPURA Matters: Report) 6.  Renovation and addition to The 122 Community Center (150 1st Ave): to bring the building up to code, including new stair, elevator and lobby spaces, and exterior cornice. The project is also to upgrade mechanical and fire protection systems and realize significant reorganization and improvement to its interior spaces.
