While it's not quite the restaurant slash salon that New York has always dreamed of, Milk & Cookies has just opened a second location in the Kiehl's store on Third Avenue.
The West Village bakery, which is widely known for its ruinous ice cream sandwiches, is operating its second outpost from behind the Kiehl's espresso bar. Sadly, while cookies are being served, the ice cream sandwiches are available only at the original bakery.
