Pania K. Rose and Thaddeus Taylor I. O'Neil bought a condo at 175 E. Second St. in East Village from J. Peter Clark, Nancy Clark and Hannah M. Clark for $712,500 on Dec. 21.Unit #4C is in an apartment condominium with 21 units on five floors.
Ms. Rose is an Australian born fashion model perhaps best known for her appearance on the cover of the 2006 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. She has also graced the covers of the French edition of Marie Claire and Spanish Vogue.
